Lockers

Locker permits are now available online.

Once payment is received a locker location will be assigned based on program locations. An email confirmation with the assigned locker number will be sent to your Fanshawe Online account.

Locker Rates:

Locker One Term (September 1, 2026 – December 18, 2026) = $15.00

Locker Two Terms (September 1, 2026 – April 23, 2027) = $30.00

Locker Annual (September 1, 2026 – August 20, 2027) = $45.00

Student Reserved Parking: September 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027

2026/27 Parking Rates

Reserved Parking (Two Academic Terms):
$353.98 + HST = $400.00

Eligibility

Reserved student parking is limited and is only available to students who reside outside the City of London or outside the London Transit Commission (LTC) service area during their academic terms.

Due to limited parking availability, meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee that a parking space will be assigned.

Parking Lottery

Eligible students must apply through the Parking Lottery by July 19th, 2026.

The Parking Lottery is now open.

How to Apply

Select "Parking and Lockers Permit" at the bottom of the page.

Choose the appropriate student parking waitlist.

If You Are Not Selected

Students who live outside the LTC service area but are not selected through the lottery will need to use the general parking lots (daily entry), metered parking areas, or make alternative transportation arrangements.

Reserved parking spaces cannot be guaranteed due to the limited number of spaces available.

General Lots

Available on a first come, first served basis at a rate of $5.50 per entry

2026/27 rate per entry will increase to $6.50 per entry starting September 1st, 2026

Employee Parking: September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027

2026/2027 Annual online renewals for employees are now open and will be available until August 9, 2026.

Assigned Reserved Annual $663.72 plus HST = 750.00

Reserved Annual $411.50 plus HST = 465.00
